Using OPEX method, the ID journey begins with an initial consultation, a systematic approach of gathering information from and about you. Following this consultation is the OPEX Assessment; reviewing movement limitations, and work capacity, all so that we can have a complete picture of you as an individual in order to design the optimal fitness program.

Fear of the unknown is one of the most common human fears. To eliminate this uncertainty, here’s what you can expect from Individual Design.

Assessment

Ever heard of “Assess, don’t guess”? Assessments identify strengths and weaknesses across the board, which then help with setting attainable fitness goals and tracking progress over time.

Understanding how a person moves is crucial for selecting appropriate exercises. Therefore, we conduct a comprehensive assessment for all our clients before designing their personalized programs.

Training

Your coach will create a personalized program tailored to your needs, goals, and training history. This program could involve training anywhere from two to six days a week. Each time you train, a coach will be on the floor to ensure you are performing exercises correctly and to assist with any issues you may encounter.

You’ll use the CoachRX app to receive your weekly programming, lifestyle and nutrition guidelines, and to log your results.

Constantly Adjusting to your Needs

The ID journey continues and progresses with regular fitness monitoring and consultations.
You will periodically have lifestyle consults with your coach in order to figure out what’s working, what isn’t working, and what has changed in your life, in order to tweak your program as necessary.

As coaches, our role is to work closely with you to fine-tune the strategy. We’ll ensure you face both physical and cognitive challenges that promote ongoing growth and independence, whether your aim is overall fitness and health or athletic performance.
